Upon your arrival at the airport of Juliaca, we will transfer you to the city of Puno. En route, we will visit the archaeological ruins of Sillustani, known as "Chullpas". These chullpas are architectural constructions made of carved volcanic rock that are also funerary towers of the Kolla royalty. At the same time, they are considered a sanctuary to fertility. Accommodations for the night at the hotel of your choice in Puno. 

Breakfast is included in the hotel accommodation. We will visit the Sacred Lake of the Incas and the floating islands of Uros. We will continue our journey through the island of Amantani. Once there, we will be hosted by the locals who will assign us our homes for the night. With the hosting families, we will discover their customs and local food. In the afternoon we will have a tour to discover the island; we will visit the altars (Pachatata). For our return, a nice meal will be waiting for us and the hosting families will exhibit their traditional costumes and dances. Accommodations for the night at our local hosts' homes.
