We will welcome you at Lima's Jorge Chávez International Airport and take you to your hotel by private transportation.

At the agreed time, we will take you to the airport so that you can take your flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, we will take you to the hotel of your choice. You will have the rest of the morning free to acclimatize to the altitude. In the afternoon, we will have a guided tour of the Temple of the Sun or Koricancha, the Cathedral, Plaza de Armas (Cusco's main square), Sacsayhuaman fortress, Kenko amphitheater, Puca Pucara red fortress and the water sources in Tambomachay.

Your journey through the Sacred Valley of the Incas begins! We will visit the town of Pisaq, where we will see the trade of local products, as well as the traditional crafts fair. You will have time to buy some products. After having lunch in a tourist restaurant in the valley, we will continue through the Urubamba river banks. We will marvel at some beautiful landscapes until our arrival at the military fortress of Ollantaytambo, we will visit its Sun Temple (built out of six gigantic granite monoliths) as well as other main enclosures. On our way back to Cusco, we will stop at the town of Chincheros to visit its traditional crafts market, see the female knitters showing their skills, visit its church, etc.

In the morning, at the agreed time, we will take you to the train station to begin our journey towards Machu Picchu, one of the seven wonders of the modern world. Once in Aguas Calientes, we will take the bus (30 minutes) up to the historic sanctuary of Machu Picchu. We will have a guided tour through the Inca citadel, we will visit the main enclosures of the urban and agricultural areas.  Then we will return by bus to Aguas Calientes to have lunch. At the agreed time, we will board the train back to Cusco. Upon arrival, we will transfer you to your hotel.
